Anniversaries
The dates the League's press marked: twenty years since the Hungarian revolution, fifty since the General Strike, sixty since the Russian Revolution, ten since the invasion of Czechoslovakia, five since Soweto. They are gathered here by the last digit of the year in which the event happened, because that is the digit its round anniversaries fall on: the General Strike, 1926, comes round again in 2026.
Only articles that mark a date are listed, not those that mention one in passing. The year is worked out from the interval the article names and checked; where the article is loose about it, the note says so.
