Address Send mouth NW5 1 Negotiations on the NUJ claim for provincial, journalists have come to a grinding halt with the 30% claim being met by a 'final' offer averaging 14.5% The talks with the Newspaper Society have been remarkable for their sporadic nature and the demoralisation of the NUJ negotiating team, who began talks with the view that no action could be expected.from this year.
